This year we will focus on the Seven Deadly Sins through a decidedly unusual lens - Gilligan's Island! Because there are six Wednesdays in Lent and seven deadly sins, the initial lesson will be presented following a brief time in fellowship on Sunday, February 21st.
Then on Wednesdays throughout Lent, beginning February 24th, we will gather at 6:00 pm for a supper of soup and bread followed by a study of sloth, anger, pride, lust, envy, greed, or gluttony. These seven areas of sin have long been considered deadly as any one of them can kill the life of grace that the Lord wants us to live. Sound interesting? Come and see!
